- Mumbai District AIDS Control Society (MDACS) supported for Awareness Programs in 1999.
- First “Prix Italia Award-2000” winning documentary film namely “ The Rooms of Shadow and Light on SAI’s dedication for poor sex workers
by Mr. John Webster.
- Solidays Festival- By inviting SAI since 2002 from Solidarite Sida and to visit Sidaction, Marc foundation- FDF- Paris and other association
- Solidarite Sida and Coalition for Environment & Development and FINNIDA- Finland supported “DIDI Project” in 2002
- SAI started first administrative office in the red light district of Kamathipura on 2nd October 2002
- MDACS started free condom supply for free distribution to sex workers in 2002
- CED- Finland invited SAI for the year 2004 and 2005.
- The Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai provided one room for administrative office in their school premises situated in the centrally
located area of Byculla-Mumbai on 29th March 2003.
- First and Second Mobile Clinics started for service of poor sex workers and their children on March 2003 and April 2004 respectively.
- SAI started first Drop In Center for Poor People Living with HIV/AIDS in -2003.
- The Municipal Corporation of greater Mumbai granted SAI an extension of the existing premises in Byculla-Mumbai in 2004.
- Family Health International (FHI) & Family Planning Association of India supported “AASTHA Project” in September-2004
- First Community Care Center and STI clinic in red light district of Worli-Mumbai in 2004.
- Started free health camp for sex workers and general people in Mumbai-2004.
- Started free health camp for Police and their family in 2005.
- Marc foundation supported Antiretroviral Treatment for People Living with HIV/AIDS in SAI-DIC in May-2005
- Solidarite Sida supported Antiretroviral Treatment for Sex workers Living With HIV/AIDS in may-2005.
- Second STI clinic for sex workers started in Byculla- Mumbai in 2005.
- Started rural free health, eye check up and spects distribution and medical treatment camp for poor people in Ratnagiri district.
- MDACS supported “Prevention of Parents to Child Transmission Project” in January 2006.
- First foreign student Ms. Amondine Mudre came to SAI for internship by Lyon University of France.
- AMMADA Trust supported “ Apana Pariwar (Our Family)” Project to school support for the children of Poor People Living with HIV/AIDS in March-2006.
