Those dying of AIDS need care that affirms their human dignity and value to society. Unfortunately, palliative care is given low priority and its high cost makes the provision of this care more difficult for resource-strained families and health centers. Often, families must care for a sick individual in the home. To meet their physical needs, medicines must be provided for the pain associated with AIDS and opportunistic diseases. Apart from the medicine these poor people living with HIV/AIDS need to have proper nutritious diet unfortunately poverty and financial constrains denies this food. Most importantly the sex workers who are in the brothels and in rented places once they are HIV positive due to their health status are not able to earn and most of the time are thrown out of their brothels and inability of pay the rent they are forced to live on foot path, railway station and friends places without any certainty. This makes more vulnerable for the people living with HIV/AIDS.
